Browser storage and synchronisation

ProCoLi Web stores lists and pending changes locally in your browser so you can work offline. When connected, the data is synchronised with the server.

User account and shared lists

The user account stores your email address, display name and a password hash. Authentication tokens let you sign in on your devices. The server processes your lists, arguments, weights, notes, links and folders, as well as invitations and access rights. People you invite can read or edit shared content according to their role. Local browser data can be removed through your browser settings; the user account can be deleted in the app.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact me at the email address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at). The GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) apply.

This privacy policy is updated when the app or the legal situation changes.
