No collection of personal data

Familiar Faces does not collect personal data and uses no tracking, advertising or analytics services. All data you create in the app is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to me or third parties.

Data about other players

Familiar Faces stores the names, realms and, if visible, the game IDs of characters you write notes about or play in a group with, together with your notes, tags and shared group times. This data stays in the game's saved variables on your computer and is not transmitted to me, to other players or to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact me at the email address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at). The GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) apply.

This privacy policy is updated when the app or the legal situation changes.
